SERVICE STAFF shall include: 2 ea Bartenders, 4 ea Servers,
1 ea Chef, and 1 ea Supervising Executive Chef ($2,000.00)
GRATUITY of 18% on Food/Beverage total is customary.
PLATES & FLATWARE are included.
GLASSWARE includes 8 oz. Rocks, 14 oz. Water/beer,
12 oz. Wine glass, 4 oz. Martini glass are included.
LINENS are

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN: Cadillac

with New White Wood Chairs (10ppl. per table)
OUTSIDE VENDORS will
be allowed access to the building @ 12 Noon (or later) on the day
of the event. Designated time must be scheduled with them.
SCHEMATIC
DIAGRAM is to be completed two months prior to the event.
TIMELINE should be provided to Cadillac Catering at least 5 working days
prior to event.
ENTERTAINMENT: will be provided by Client. (Band
or DJ)
DECORATIONS: Candelabras, Hurricanes, Votives, must be specified.
